88716A is a hot and cold peeling PET release film for DTF white-ink printing and heat transfer production. It is designed for industrial white-ink printing equipment and desktop printers, and supports transfer graphics for garments, personalized apparel, and other textile products.
The supplied specifications identify 88716A as the bright back coating and double anti-static version. It also features a three-layer coating structure and a hydrophilic surface. This product should not be confused with 88716B, which uses a matte back coating and single anti-static structure.
88716A is a film consumable rather than a printing machine. It is supplied as a roll or cut sheet and uses PET as the base material. The bright back coating and double anti-static structure are designed for practical film handling through printing, powder application, heat curing, transfer, and peeling.
The printing side uses a three-layer coating structure with a hydrophilic surface to carry the printed color and white-ink layers. Available formats include a 60cm × 100m roll, A3, and A4 sheets, allowing selection according to the printer format and production volume.

88716A combines a bright back coating, double anti-static structure, three-layer coating, and hydrophilic surface for DTF printing and transfer workflows. Its hot and cold peeling compatibility allows operators to select instant, warm, or cold peeling according to the equipment, transfer materials, and production rhythm.

First, select the 60cm roll, A3, or A4 format according to the artwork and printer. Prepare the artwork in RIP software, then print the color and white-ink layers onto the coated side of the 88716A film using compatible industrial or desktop DTF equipment.
Next, apply hot-melt adhesive powder evenly to the printed area, remove excess powder, and use 145-150°C for approximately 3 minutes as a starting reference for baking and melting. Place the film and target textile in a heat press and test within the 130-160°C transfer temperature range at 2.5 kgf/cm² reference pressure.
After transfer, select the peeling method according to the tested process: instant peel may be tested at approximately 3 seconds, or the film may be warm peeled or cooled before cold peeling. Actual timing depends on the printer, ink, powder, textile, and heat press. A printing environment of 15-30°C and 40-60%RH is recommended as a reference, with storage humidity of 35-65%RH.

88716A is suitable for industrial DTF production lines, desktop DTF printing, garment customization, personalized graphic production, and small-batch heat transfer work. The 60cm × 100m roll is suited to continuous output and larger orders, while A3 and A4 formats support desktop equipment, sampling, and smaller graphics.
After printing, powdering, baking, and transfer, the graphics can be applied to T-shirts, hoodies, polo shirts, canvas bags, caps, and other common textile products. Final performance depends on the combination of film, ink, powder, heat press, textile, and process settings, so small-batch testing is recommended before production.

88716A is a hot and cold peeling PET release film for DTF white-ink printing and heat transfer. It uses a bright back coating, double anti-static structure, and three-layer coating.
It supports instant peel, warm peel, and cold peel. Instant peeling can be tested at approximately 3 seconds, but the actual peeling time should be confirmed with the target printer, powder, textile, and heat press.
88716A uses a bright back coating and double anti-static structure. 88716B uses a matte back coating and single anti-static structure. The specifications on this page apply to 88716A.
Common thicknesses are 75μm and 100μm. Common formats include a 60cm × 100m roll, A3 at 29.7cm × 42cm, and A4 at 21cm × 29.7cm.
The supplied reference is 130-160°C at 2.5 kgf/cm². For instant peel testing, 130-140°C can be used as a starting reference. Powder baking can be tested at 145-150°C for approximately 3 minutes. Always test before batch production.
The supplied materials identify industrial white-ink printers and desktop printers as compatible equipment, with water-based printing ink.
